You will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will not get anything sent to you in the post it is all done by EMAIL. Roughly TWO weeks before the convention you will get an email sent with your BADGE number this is what you need to print out and bring with you to the convention.  If you order online and change your mind on how you want to pay DO NOT order again just send us your email with the RC Number. Please make sure you choose the CORRECT PACKAGE as refunds are not given. Terms & Conditions apply please make sure you read them before ordering!

Step 1: How to buy online

• Use the Add to Cart link or Shopping Cart Icon to add it to your shopping cart
• If you wish to buy a further item then choose the Continue Shopping Button.
• If you want more than one of any item while viewing the shopping basket just enter the amount in the QTY section and press the recalculate button.
• Select Administration Charge, if paying by Bank Transfer no charges apply, any other method a £1.00 admin charge is applied.
• Select the Checkout Button and fill in your personal details. Remember to enter your email twice. Valid email addresses only will receive an invoice and receipt number, so please make sure you enter it correctly.
• In Other Information if you are buying Event Packages/Tickets for other people we will also require their full names please enter them before you checkout in the relevant boxes. If buying Photo Shoots separately from your event package/ticket please enter your Registration number if you have been given one in the Event Registration Number box so we can match your order up. Alternatively enter the RC Order number of your Package/Ticket. Failure to do this may result in a delay picking up your event tickets and/or photo shoot vouchers at the event. Don't forget you must tick the terms and conditions box before you proceed.
• Please also READ the terms and conditions as Convention & Event Packages are NON REFUNDABLE for whatever reason.
• You then need to choose how to pay either by UK Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash or EU Bank Transfer. Please note once you select a button that is the method of payment and the order has been completed. If you decide to pay with a different method than you chose at checkout that is fine just make the payment how you want to but PLEASE do not order again as this takes stock out of the system and could cause other customers to think items have sold out.

Step 2: How to Pay - Payment must be paid within 7 days of ordering online.

• Payment is by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash. Sorry but we CANNOT take payment by PAYPAL or by CREDIT/DEBIT card at this time. Tip: If you can only pay by Credit Card, pop along to the Post Office and you should be able to pay for a POSTAL ORDER with your card then simply send this to us at the address above. Some accounts offer Credit Card Cheques.Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to 'WCM Events Limited' and in £ Sterling (GBP) only then sent along with a print out of your order to: UPDATE - WE HAVE MOVED - The address below is for archive purposes only.
