Terms and Conditions
- Rogue Events/10th Planet reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or
disrupting the event will be ejected from the event without a refund.
- Strictly no refunds will be given while tickets for the event are still available.
If the event sells out we will then attempt to resell your ticket or tickets for you.
If we can sell your ticket you will get a refund minus a 10% admin fee.
If we are unable to do so we will offer you signed photos to the value of your ticket.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or transfer your own ticket onto someone else without consent from an organizer.
Tickets when sold must be no more than the standard entry price.
All refunds will only only take place shortly before or after the event.
If the event is cancelled or moved to a new venue neither Rogue Events or 10th Planet Ltd will be liable for any other costs.
If paying by part payment we will accept the payment in FOUR equal amounts only.
*If you fail to pay for all payments no refund will be given.
- Rogue Events/10th Planet accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.
- Some guests may request a limit on the number of autographs signed, or we may have to limit sessions due to time or other constraints, therefore we cannot guarantee an autograph for every attendee.
- Autographs on the main signing sessions will be free wherever possible. Free entry tickets do not qualify for free autographs.
- If we have sponsored guests these may charge a fee for signing autographs.
- Guests may refuse to sign items of unlicensed merchandise.
- Autographs are given on a first come, first served basis.
- All guests appear subject to work and personal commitments
- Guests may appear for 1 or part of 1 day during our events.
- Video recording of the event is NOT permitted at any of our events in the Main Hall or where ever there are Guest Talks. If you are found to be recording the event you will be ejected from the event without a refund.
- No attempt is made to supersede the rights to any of the copyright holders of the programmes celebrated by Rogue Events/10th Planet.
- The ticket price does not include accommodation.
- Hotel bookings cannot be cancelled if 10th Planet or Rogue Events book them on your behalf.
- The weekend ticket price includes the Evening Entertainment.
- Rogue Events/10th Planet reserves the right to add, remove or amend any of the conditions on this page.
