Introducing our 2nd Insurgence Convention

We are pleased to announce that we are holding a convention for fans of The Vampire Diaries and Smallville under the name INSURGENCE. It takes place on the weekend of 10th - 12th September 2010 and we are holding the convention at the fantastic Thistle Hotel in London Heathrow.

MICHAEL TREVINO

Please welcome Michael Trevino as our 3rd special guest. Since the fall of 2009, Michael has appeared as Tyler Lockwood in the highly successful CW series, The Vampire Diaries, based on the original books by L. J. Smith.

Michael Trevino first gained recognition in his early twenties, for his role in the Disney
Channel telemovie Cow Belles and has guest starred in CSI, 90210, The Riches and Bones.

Insurgence Packages

Payment for the General Weekend Tickets are non refundable. Terms and Conditions apply. Packages start from £85 for Adults and £45 for Children aged 16 and under. Children must be aged 16 or under at time of event to qualify for a Child rate ticket. Children Under 7 can come in FREE with a paying adult, but does not include autographs from the actors attending the event. If autographs are required then they must buy a Child Ticket. PAUL WESLEY

It gives us great pleasure to announce Paul Wesley as a special guest. Since the fall of 2009, Paul has starred as Stefan Salvatore in the highly successful CW series, The Vampire Diaries, based on the original books by L. J. Smith.

Paul recently reprised a guest starring role on season 8 of 24 playing Stephen. Paul has also guests starred on Army Wives, Smallville (Lucas Luthor), CSI:NY and Everwood.

MICHAEL ROSENBAUM

It gives us great pleasure to announce Michael Rosenbaum as a special guest. Since the fall of 2001, Michael has starred as Lex Luthor in the highly successful WB series, Smallville, based on the original "Superman" concept.

Following the story of the teenage Clark Kent in Smallville, the series shows the dynamic beginning of the relationships between Clark Kent, Lana Lang and Lex Luthor. For the role, Rosenbaum shaved his head and transformed himself into the spoiled, well-to-do son and future Superman arch nemesis. His portrayal of Lex has garnered the attention of critics and fans alike.

It was suggested to us that we make a few banners for people to use on forums, websites etc, so there are three sizes of banners here. Or if you wish to make your own banner the Font used for the Insurgence logo is 'Smallville'.

Disabled Facilities

We are pleased to announce that all the function rooms we are using within the hotel have access for wheelchairs. We have arranged space at the front of the stage talks for those attendees who have wheelchairs or find it difficult to move around unassisted.

There are no strobe effects during the stage talks however there are short intro videos and flash photography at the beginning of the stage talks which may affect some attendees who suffer from epilepsy & other visual light stimulation effects. Please contact the hotel regarding disabled facilities in the bedrooms. We don't offer discounts on our event tickets however if someone needs assistance to attend the event then please email us to discuss further options.
