Please note we have updated the emails for Rogue Events as part of our improvements to customer service. Unfortunately we are unable to take enquiries by telephone however we will call you if we are unable to answer your question or if we feel it would be faster to reply than by email so you can include your phone number in your email to us.

Only the emails below will now get a personal reply from a staff member.
All other emails will have an automatic reply set up if they don't have one already.

Emails will be answered as soon as possible we anticipate within 48 hours but could be longer during the run up to events or when items such as event packages go on sale.

However before emailing us please READ the FAQ as it contains many answers to popular questions including those about refunds and cancellations.

Please note: sorry but we are unable give refunds under any circumstances for event tickets/packages. Please place your orders with care.
