Asylum Convention Event Pass
Admission to our convention is by purchase of a EVENT PASS; By buying the pass this entitles you to the following - Guest Interviews & Panels over Saturday and Sunday of the event. Free Autographs. Access to the Merchandise Room.
Evening Entertainment, Quizzes, Discos etc.
Please read the following T&C's before purchasing;
Strictly no refunds will be given while tickets for the event are still available.
If the event sells out we will then attempt to resell your ticket or tickets for you.
If we can sell your ticket you will get a refund minus a 10% admin fee.
If we are unable to do so we will offer you signed photos to the value of your ticket.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or transfer your own ticket onto someone else without consent from an organizer.
Tickets when sold must be no more than the standard entry price.
All refunds will only only take place shortly before or after the event.
If the event is cancelled or moved to a new venue neither Rogue Events or 10th Planet Ltd will be liable for any other costs.
If paying by part payment we will accept the payment in FOUR equal amounts only.
• By Post - Send cheque's or postal orders made payable to 10th Planet Ltd.

• By Telephone - Call 020 8591 5357. Credit Card Bookings will be processed by
10th Planet Ltd and any charges will be shown on your statement as 10th Planet Ltd.
The above Telephone number is only available between Monday and Saturday from
10am to 5pm.
• Online - Please select the required number of passes below.
This will take you to the 10th Planet Online Store, this is 100% secure and can take payments from all Major Credit and Debit Cards, you can also pay online using Paypal or send Cheques and Postal Orders.
PLEASE NOTE;
• If you intend to pay for your order via PAYPAL it will be CHARGED immediately as paypal is an instant payment method.
• You CAN NOT PAY for PART PAYMENT PLANS using PAYPAL, if you do it will be refunded!
All attendees can sit anywhere they like in the main hall, we do not operate a preferential seating policy at our events.
Attendees can buy extra autograph and photo studio tickets from the
ticket office in the foyer.
