Admission to our convention is by purchase of an EVENT PACKAGE; By buying the package this entitles you to the following inclusive events Guest Interviews & Panels over Saturday and Sunday of the event, Free Autographs, Access to the Vendors Room, Evening Entertainment, any Quizzes and Discos plus you get a Souvenir Booklet and Convention Badge!
Please read the following T&C's before purchasing;
- Strictly no refunds will be given for any of our events.
- Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or transfer your own package onto someone else.
- If the event is cancelled or moved to a new venue Rogue Events will not be liable for any other costs you may incur.
- If paying by part payment we prefer the payment in FOUR equal amounts payable by Cheque or Postal Order.
- If you fail to pay for all payments no refund will be given.
- The above short Terms & Conditions should also be read in conjunction with our FULL Terms and Conditions which can be found here before you buy any event packages.
- If you buy a ticket you agree to all the terms and conditions on this website.
Please Note;
- ASYLUM 3 is run by Rogue Events only. If you have been sold a ticket from anywhere else please return your ticket and ask for a refund.
- Tickets/Packages bought on the weekend of Asylum 2 are of course exempt from this. You will not be allowed in to the event unless we have issued you with a confirmation number/letter.
- We do not send out tickets, instead we will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number on it, you need to bring this and some proof of ID such as a Driving License or household bill.
- We had planned on sending them in December but we will now be waiting until all tickets have been sold so we can do them in one batch or start to send them out at the end of January. If you have not received a confirmation letter from us and it is 4 weeks before the event then please email or call for a replacement.
- You CANNOT PAY for PART PAYMENT PLANS using PAYPAL unless it has been authorized by Rogue Events, we prefer Cheque or Postal Order for the part payment scheme. The first payment must be a quarter of the total price of your package/s, followed by three further equal monthly payments on the same date. All part payments must be paid by 16th April.
How to pay for your Event Package;
- By Cheque/Postal Order - Please contact us via EMAIL only.
- By Credit or Debit Cards - We only take online payments for Asylum through PayPal. This is 100% secure and can take payments from all Major Credit and Debit Cards. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to buy online.
Instructions on how to buy an Event Package using Paypal;
- Use the Drop Down Menu to select the type of package you wish to buy.
- Use the Add to Cart Button to add it to your shopping cart.
A new window will open with your shopping cart showing your purchases. - If you wish to buy a further pass then choose the Continue Shopping Button.
- Once finished choose the Proceed to Checkout Button.
- Either Log In if you have a PayPal account and pay for your items or use the Guest checkout and pay with any major credit or debit card.
- Once paid please print out your receipt and make sure you bring it with you as without the receipt we may not be able to issue you with your event package.
- We will also send you a confirmation number and directions through the post, please keep this safe and again bring it with you to the Convention.
- You can add any special requests by using the 'Add Special Instructions for the Seller' option upon checkout.

Log into your account at www.paypal.com/uk to view details of any transaction. *Children must be aged 16 or under at time of event to qualify for a Child rate ticket. Children Under 7 can come in FREE with a paying adult, but does not include autographs from the actors attending the event. If autographs are required then they must buy a Child Ticket. |
